As a naturopathic doctor, my philosophy is to educate and empower my patients to achieve sustainable, optimal health and wellness that suits their individual needs.
My goal in working with patients is to uncover the root cause of their concerns and promote healthy lifestyle fundamentals to prevent disease down the road. I partner with those of all ages and am especially passionate about the care of seniors. The focus of my practice includes cardiovascular health, digestive concerns (IBS, IBD, SIBO, etc.), endocrine conditions (thyroid, diabetes, PCOS, etc.), women & men's health, migraines, and autoimmune disorders. Botanical medicines, nutritional supplements, lifestyle counseling, and hydrotherapy are my primary modalities of choice. I engage all of my patients in discussions on how to harness food as medicine, and believe that substantial healing comes from how we choose to fuel our bodies.
