- I serve the Twin Cities with offices in Mpls. & St. Paul, practicing integrative psychotherapy with a focus on the science and applications of Mindfulness. I see both adults and adolescents with a broad spectrum of presenting issues. Stress related problems as well as anxiety show up with many concerns; performance, relationships, self worth, trauma and abuse. I have a strong back ground working with diversity and cross cultural issues. I have been trained and practice with interventions of EMDR, hypnosis, mental imagery, compassion focused therapy, as well as CBT.
