- Re-Sourcing Your Health provides integrative and holistic therapies that help people reduce stress, promote relaxation and improve health outcomes.
- I meet my clients where they are on their path to health and well-being, assisting them with a variety of holistic and integrative tools. I have a Master’s degree in Holistic Health from St. Catherine University. I am a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner and a Reiki Master. Additionally, I am certified through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition as a holistic health coach. My healing studio is located in Excelsior. Through my business, Re-Sourcing Your Health, LLC, I offer Healing Touch and Reiki services. I also provide BodySound Therapy using the BodySound chair, which was developed by MN neurologist Dan Cohen. Within my health coaching practice I offer nutritional and health and wellness education grounded in mindfulness practices and tools for stress reduction. I also facilitate meditation groups using guided imagery and breath work.
