- Practice philosophy: I offer personalized nutrition therapy using a whole foods-based, non-diet approach. My approach to weight is always about body positivity and respect. I enjoy helping my clients understand their individual biochemistry, correct nutrient imbalances, and find eating and self-care patterns that work long term. Why I became a provider: Food choices are deeply personal. I believe food is medicine for both the body and the soul. As an integrative dietitian, I have the honor to help my clients nourish their whole selves and gain confidence and vitality.
