Leann Larson is a Registered Dietitian and an Integrative and Functional Nutrition Practitioner who has dedicated her career to helping people identify and resolve root causes of difficult symptoms and regain their joy in life.
Leann has been a Registered Dietitian for over 20 years. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1991. She has worked in a multitude of settings treating diseases using medical nutrition therapy. Leann got into functional nutrition to play a larger role in integrative and functional practices. She has found that being a functional nutrition practitioner allows her to use a holistic, personalized approach to support healing.She has vast knowledge in using specialized diets, supplements and lifestyle modalities and has a diploma certificate in intermittent fasting. Leann has experience working with a wide variety of diagnoses and conditions across all age groups. Some of these include GI disorders, Lyme Disease, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Hashimoto's Disease, Autism/ADHD, PANDAS/PANS, Lyme disease, obesity, chronic pain, migraines, fibromyalgia, anxiety and depression. In addition, Leann has an expertise in food sensitivities and utilizing MRT (Mediator Release Test) and LEAP (Lifestyle Eating and Performance) Protocol to identify foods and chemicals that are causing inflammation taking the guesswork out of elimination diets. Leann likes to spend her free time with her husband and children. She enjoys cooking, gluten-free baking, biking, jogging, camping and fishing
