- I am a national board certified Health and Wellness Coach (National Board of Medical Examiners) and Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine and also certified as a holistic health coach through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. I also have a degree as a Physical Therapist from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. I offer health coaching to individuals, couples and groups at my home office in Eden Prairie, MN or by phone. Cooking classes and a tour at a natural food store are included in my health coaching program. I offer a free initial consultation to those curious about exploring health coaching as a way to improve their health and well being!
