Dr. Petersen’s holistic philosophy focuses on educating and empowering individuals to make informed decisions to lighten the burden their mouth may have on their health. He is accredited with the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology (IAOMT) and a fellow of the Great Lakes Implant Institute. Dr. Petersen practices comprehensive dentistry with biologically-compatible materials, including ceramic implants. He is also certified in the safe removal of mercury amalgam fillings. He also implements orthodontics designed to alleviate or cure sleep apnea symptoms.
