- I am both a doctor of naturopathic medicine and Chinese medicine. I use both forms of medicine to provide complete integrative care. Patients may choose to access one or both sides of my practice. Through my virtual naturopathic practice, we work on doctor-level approaches to your health including ordering and reviewing lab work and developing a comprehensive treatment plan to support your physiology deeply over time. In-person acupuncture/bodywork treatments are available seasonally to complement this work. My practice focus is wide-ranging and reflects the interconnectedness of the body. Specialties include: musculoskeletal pain patterns, integrative approaches to healing digestive disorders, healing body image, the intersection between mental/emotional wellness and physical symptoms, hormone balance, and immune conditions.
