- I have more than 30 years of experience as a bodywork therapist. The focus of my practice is to apply the methods of CranioSacral Therapy and Myofascial Release to gently resolve structural problems that cause discomfort and/or restrictions in function for my clients. When emotional difficulties arise, I assist clients to develop their awareness of the bodily sensations that always arise with any thought, emotion, or memory. Using sensate awareness provides a source of new information in addition to being a way to prevent overwhelm. For this somatic processing, I trained in the techniques of Hakomi Somatics (now called Sensorimotor Psychotherpy).
